The hotel was beautiful, the staff was accommodating, hotel was centrally located and very close to the vaperretto stop. Would stay again and would recommend. One note, there are no towel hooks by the shower, it would be nice to have a place to grab the towel when coming out of the shower.

Fantastic location and an overall excellent place to stay when in Venice. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating.

The hotel was amazing very close to vaporetto terminal. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good it's worth the price. A/C needs some improvement .

A great hotel in a perfect location. A few steps away from a ferry stop which was ideal so we didn’t have to walk around Venice with our luggage. Hotel was clean, rooms were super nice, and staff was wonderful. We had told them we were celebrating our honeymoon and they had champagne in the room for us when we checked in. Water fountain is right outside the hotel for you to fill up whenever you need. Overall just a great hotel at a really affordable price.

Front desk is not really 24/7 as the description in expedia says. If you arrive late, there is no front desk person.
