Grateful for such kindness

The first thing we experienced was Sarah at the front desk beautiful Italian smile a wonderful personality she made us feel comfortable and warm just like we were at home. Sarah and the Spanish gentlemen at night extremely helpful throughout our state and went above and beyond. In housekeeping there was a young lady named Blessing? She was kind & helpful.
Breakfast was great.
Sarah made our stay extra specail ❤️

4-star hotel very close to the center (10 minutes on foot), but the structure is currently a 3-star.

Room in poor condition, breakfast room unattractive, dilapidated building, and part of the hotel is closed. However, there is construction work ongoing, so I sincerely hope that once completed, the hotel will improve and be worthy of 4 stars. Courteous and helpful staff.

Great location and comfortable stay

Warm welcome upon arrival, the hotel is undergoing some renovations which means the front of the hotel and the foyer is a little underwhelming.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom functional with hairdryer. There is no closet as such but a rail and some shelves - Adequate for short stay guests.
Breakfast is ‘continental’ but does offer a good selection of pastries, cereal, cold meats,cheese, yogurt etc. plus a good cup of coffee, or tea if preferred. There is no bar or real seating area downstairs, but you can buy a small selection of drinks at reception. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
The transport links are a real strength of this hotel - The 4L bus runs every 10mins to Venezia (just stay on until the last stop), upon arriving here you can either walk straight across the bridge and start using Google maps to begin your stroll through Venice or walk to a water taxi station and jump on any boat going to Rialto which is the central stop on the Grand Canal (where all the magic is). in total the journey from hotel to Rialto takes a leisurely 40mins.
If I had to recommend one thing they could do to improve it would be that this hotel needs to allow guests with ‘late departures’ access to either a room or changing room (even if for a small fee) to change/freshen up ahead of heading back to the airport - They do have a toilet with a sink which was fine but access to a shower would be a good addition in the summer months.

A/C issues. The thermostat control was not working. Had to request room change twice. Staff was very helpful though. The hotel is undergoing renovation in the lobby area. Not a big issue since we only needed a place to sleep

Convenient for Venice.

Hotel in Mestre very close to the tram to reach Venice. Sweet and savory breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Private parking.
