Hotel in a fantastic location and opening your window to overlook the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge was beautiful
Breakfast was great and sitting out the front to eat overlooking the Grand Canal was lovely in the mornings
Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful

Great start to Italian honeymoon

Perfect location, can easily pop in and out all day especially in 40 degrees. Local to everything - water taxi, vaperetti, went to Burano and all site seeing activities. Some nice restaurants and bars if you walk (not a rip off then). Good start to our Italian honeymoon . Room was spacious and big bathroom and on first floor with a side view of rialto bridge and the river.

There's an under used terrace with views of the Rialto, above the crowd. This place is historic. The walls aren't wallpapered, they are covered in fabric. It feels outdated but also nostalgic. Our AC was leaking but they fixed it. Breakfast is nothing special, we preferred to go out to get cicchetti and coffee, but it was convenient on days that we needed to catch up on energy. Location is perfect, so central to everything and you get to enjoy the canal and the bridge without having to go to it.

Breakfast overlooking the Rialto Bridge was excellent for the food and outstanding for the view. We were pleasantly surprised with our room, even though the furnishings and carpet seem a bit dated. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and stayed cool even during the heat wave. The terrace overlooking the grand Canal was spectacular and a great place to chill after a busy day. The staff was outstanding. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and arranged for taxis and transport and were helpful in every way. If you want . The staff was outstanding. The hotel is clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety to chose from. What i like about this place is that is near the public transport. It is also near to the sightseeing places by just walking. It is also 2 stops away from Sta Lucia train station.
Perfect for us especially when you have kuds who are impatient
