One of the best addresses in Venice

Palace in a wonderful garden in a quiet area 10 minutes from San Marco Square. Excellent welcome, the top triple is a real suite, beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The bedding is excellent. The bathroom is huge with double sink, bathtub and shower. Breakfast in the veranda is hearty and quality. Very good value for money. Only point to improve, the opening and closing of the main interior door. The room is on the ground floor, so necessarily less view but not troublesome.

Paradise place, a haven of peace

Situated on a canal in the quiet Castello district close to St. Mark's Square, this small boutique hotel is a marvel, both in terms of hospitality, service and delicious breakfast in the veranda overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. Our superior triple room was more than spacious and luxuriously appointed. Very comfortable bedding and bathroom worthy of a 5 star hotel with Italian bath and shower, double sink and veined marble covering. The gentleman at the reception is very professional and friendly.

Great hotel, great location.

This is a great hotel in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and the nearest eateries were all good. There was a good gondola route nearby that was quiet and reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an economy room, but it was authentic and perfectly fine for our 3-night stay. Breakfast catered for all tastes and was set up in the lovely conservatory area overlooking the beautiful garden. This was an oasis of calm to relax in during a busy itinerary.
The brand new mattress was very firm for us personally and they found a softer topper. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth booking this little gem!

Lovely hotel - great location (so easy to find once we got off the water taxi from the airport), staff friendly, lovely fresh foods (meats/cheeses/fruits/ pastries etc) for breakfast. We were on the third floor and the bedroom was quirky with low beams but great space, comfy bed and bathroom was spotless. Would definitely recommend this hotel as an ideal base when in Venice, and if I was to return I’d happily rebook.

A wonderful stay!

We are here at the moment, leaving tomorrow morning unfortunately and have enjoyed a wonderful short break in Venice! Sitting in the beautiful garden of the hotel writing this review and have no complaints whatsoever. Both the rooms we have used during our stay have been beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Perhaps some rooms might be overly warm in the summer if they do not have air conditioning but not a problem now at all! The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely return. Would certainly recommend
