The new monsters

Don't go! the owner introduces himself very kind but as soon as I call him for info he starts to take you for ebete.
Painful place, shabby bathroom all creaky! It's a total stink!

Negative and discriminatory

Bad experience and absurd management. I called to book a room and the lady on the phone was rude, unprofessional and downright arrogant. I was told clearly that he would not rent me anything just because other people in my party had stopped by earlier to inquire. According to her, on principle, I was no longer entitled to anything.
It made me realize that here we work "in sympathy" not with coherence and order. Totally subjective and discriminatory management that is unacceptable for those who offer a public Service ... If you are looking for professionalism, seriousness and respect absolutely avoid . You can't treat people like that. Zero reliability!

2 Night Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at Hotel Villa Serena on a recent visit to Venice! I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews on TripAdvisor but I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The night porter was lovely, we had a safe place to park our car. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had no cause for complaint. The hotel is within walking distance to the local train station, and was only a short journey to Venice, ideal for us! I would have no problem recommending Hotel Villa Serena!

Good priced hotel outside of Venice.

This hotel has an ideal price range if you don't want to spend hundreds and live in the centre of Venice. There is a bus stop around the corner that takes you right into Venice city for 20mins. The rooms are very basic however, and nothing too special. Our shower was prone to flooding, but it was a good trade-off for the price.
There is also a really nice restaurant a few mins walk behind the hotel which has some amazing food!
