Lovely little hotel

Lovely little hotel in a winning location. Some things should be changed but in principle the stay was also positive for the location on Cannaregio.
Comfortable bed and very efficient air conditioning.
The entrances are quite dark and to welcome the guest there is a nice Venetian mask.

Avoid!

Fraud!
I canceled my reservation and they avoid returning money even though they mentioned they will. They just try to make me forget about it. Avoid this accommodation if you don't want problems, their sole purpose seems fraud

This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. We messaged the owner to ask for a refund seeing that the new location wasn’t what we paid for and it was disgusting upon arrival and they were no help to us only telling us that “the sheets were professionally cleaned”. I would not recommend staying here for anyone as you may not even stay here and get downgraded to a whole other place with disgusting sheets.
