No room service. It's like renting a room.
In our case we stayed for a couple of nights. The first day they didn't provide soap for showering, the second day they didn't make the room at all. We found her just as she was left in the morning.

Nice, clean and friendly
our room was on the ground floor by the front door but was quiet and safe.
Only downside is the toilet is quite small and the shower box is in the bedroom. If you can live with this you ll have no issues at all.

Good Location, Bad Service and Regulations
The rooms are small but clean. BUT we had problems with there communication and the information they provided us. They dont provide clear policies on there website or when asked about this. As a guesthouse/ hotel they are obligated to provide you with clear information on how they deal with certain matters as cancelation, early checkout ect.
In a email they even lied about the fact that there clearly written while they're clearly no where to be found. So be careful when getting into a legal talk with them It might cost you extra money.
I saw another google user post about this. Be aware.

Comfortable stay in central location
The room was clean and had enough space for our stay. Ideal if you're going to be out and about all day, just looking for somewhere to rest your head at night. There are a couple of coat rails on the wall but no wardrobe, there is also a fridge in the room. Strong WiFi signal which is always a plus!
The only downside for us was the fact that the shower was in the corner of the room. It had no frosted glass but did have a green light overhead? Perhaps this wouldn't be such an issue for couples but it meant one of us having to go outside while the other showered which wasn't ideal. We chose the room with the private bathroom hoping that the shower would be included in that, but sadly it wasn't the case. The bathroom was also very small and the toilet is almost touching the wall in front, I'm not sure if anyone over 6ft would be able to sit down.
The guest house is in a central location, you're not too far from restaurants, water taxi/bus stops and the main shopping streets. Venice in itself is a very walkable city.
I've already recommended the guest house to a cousin and her partner(I warned them about the shower). Not sure I'd want to stay here again unless I was staying by myself but that's just personal preference.
Overall, not a bad stay and we came home with a good story to tell about the inconvenient shower.
