Quiet Hostel

This hostel is located in a quiet area. It is quite a walk in the stairs and bridges reaching this hostel and hard to find because there is not enough signages
The environment is quiet and has a good outdoor area. The reception area is nice and they have a lugagge storage when you arrive early. The recommendations are written in the board in case there is no staff at the reception.
The room I got consists of a bunk bed and 2 single beds. I was put in the single bed. It also has its own toilet and bath. The bathroom has only shower curtains and no partition so the floor is most of the time wet.

Very good

The location is fine, 20mins walk to both Ple.Rome, and St. Mark's Square. It's close to one of the main streets so the walk becomes enjoyable, you don't walk down lonely streets.
It has a well equipped kitchen, and I really liked that the bed is not bunk bed. The bathroom of the room very large. And the lockers in the room are big too.
The bathroom was not very clean, they should keep it more. They should also put paper in the bathroom to dry their hands.
In the room it was very hot, a single ceiling fan that threw almost nothing.

I can't believe they charge you to stay here.

Worst place I've ever stayed. The hotel is well located, the facilities are not SO bad if you are looking for something economical within Venice. So and everything I would never recommend staying here, 40 degrees of heat in the rooms, they have no air and warn you but what they do not warn you is that in the room there are only absolutely small fans that make no difference. I stayed two nights and really getting to a place where both I and other guests could not sleep from the heat, ruins your experience. People were angry, I spoke to at least 4 people who couldn't sleep all night due to the heat, it's really overwhelming and unbearable. I filed a complaint with the manager, asked for my money back (of course they didn’t), they only offered to switch to a ground floor room and a bigger fan. I find it disrespectful to all guests as they were all having a really bad time. Don't spend your money in this place pq you're gonna feel like you're just throwing it away. Depressing place in every way.

Hot room!

This hostel is in a nice spot and within walking distance of everything you could need, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. The receptionist was friendly and the reception area was nice with a complimentary water dispenser and a fully stocked kitchen. However, on my first night, the room was VERY hot - it must have been 35 degrees, I couldn't sleep and had to spend most of the night sitting in reception. The second night was better, but still warm, luckily I was exhausted and fell straight to sleep otherwise it would've been another long night!

Correct

The hostel is nice, pleasant staff, clean room, large locker with lock, decent bathroom and toilet….The price is a little high for what it is, but hey we are in Venice.. On the other hand the place where to drop off luggage after or before getting the room is really not secure. Anyone can access it and steal whatever they want.
