We were here in September and very satisfied (I was already in the accommodation twice a few years ago and hope to come back in the future). The location is super central and at the same time quiet in the small side alley to one of the more frequented Calle. Both on foot and from the nearby vaporetto stations of S.Silvestro and Rialto, ma can go anywhere well. And the train station is also only about 15 minutes on foot. The room feels homely and after a long day in the city you are looking forward to the comfortable bed for breakfast there is a nice selection of sweet and salty and there is something for everyone I would say. Unfortunately, on the day of departure we had to leave the property very early before the time of breakfast, but we had already been thought of. In the evening before departure we found two well-filled bags with breakfast on the go. a wonderful surprise (we had not actively asked for breakfast for the day). All in all a nice experience. You almost feel at home.

Fine and central

Friendly welcome. Everything very clean. The location is ideal for all excursions. Very centrally located. Somewhat hidden. Breakfast was good. Except for eggs, there was everything. Very good was the fresh prepared cappuccino. Just opposite there is a good wine bar, here you can also eat.

Hidden gem from our arrival private pick up from water bus stop, this place is 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge area, the host so very helpful in every way and that personal touch to a lovely quiet location, breakfast was very pleasant and sets you up for the day. The staff so very kind and go an extra mile, the rooms very comfortable and clean. I would love to come back one day……

Nice location but ...

B&B in the Rialto district, ideally located for visiting Venice.
Although we arrived late, we were able to collect our key on the counter, access by secure code outside.
room equipped with wifi, mini bar and air conditioning/heating.
the little flats:
not really soundproofing, you can hear his room neighbors (but not the street)
The TV wasn't working. The shower had a water problem and a shutter wouldn't close.
damage
in view of the reviews on the breakfast as "copious and varied" we were disappointed this is not really the case
our departure was planned just at the opening of breakfast hours but we were not even offered coffee before leaving (we went to take it outside)

A stop in Venice

Small property in the center of Venice with attractions and amenities nearby. The vaporetto stop that leads to the station is San Marco is less than 100 meters.
The staff is very nice, the room where I stayed was clean.
