This hotel seems to be newly updated and is in a very good location in the ghetto area. 5 minute walk to the vaporetto on the Grand Canal and just a couple minutes to lots of good restaurants. There is also an exceptional Despar grocery nearby.
We had lovely canal views from our windows.
The room was a great size with nifty and roomy closet area.
Very clean and the bed was extra comfortable.
The WiFi didn’t always work well but probably due to very thick walls.

Such a bad service rarely exists! Never again

We will never come back here. Starting that there is no breakfast as described on the page, we went on that we could hardly breathe in the attic and could not even properly open the windows. Only after several complaints was the climate turned on. Also coffee and toilet paper was never replenished. Then the room was also partly not cleaned at all although you posted the sign. We don't know where the good reviews come from. The renovation is also like from the cheapest Bauhaus and the elevator is partly flying apart. The service at the reception was also just that you should not annoy. So a hotel like this is just catastrophic and for this price. The rooms don't look like the pictures either. Also, there are only paper cups that were only put down once and you had to cope with it all week.

The room was great and in a wonderful part of town. It’s close to wonderful food, and in a quieter part of town, and easily accessible from the train station. The front desk staff were so friendly and extremely helpful in accommodating an early check in for us when we arrived hours before the check in time. The room was clean, modern and has AC. Would recommend!

Hotel was in a great location and had great Ac for the warm July days in Venice.
The breakfast was not worth the $30 a day. There was coffee , rolls, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a few other small things. I am a picky eater and had a roll and butter. My real issue is that I asked for an o elect and they said it was an extra 10 euro. They also gave out half cups of orange juice and wouldn’t give me any more.
Big waste of money. There is a kosher bakery down the block. Go pick up breakfast there

We wanted to stay in the ghetto, for Shabbat. This place was perfect in all respects. It was probably just a 100 foot walk to Chabad.
