Great apartment for families with children

Apartman was located on first floor, very nice equipped. There were free Coffee, tea, cosmetics, air confitioner, washing machine. Apartman suits for 2 families . Staff was very helpful and prepared- we received free map and tips for our journey

Fantastic place to stay with easy access to Venice centre

The owner was very helpful picked us up at the airport gave us information and prices for sightseeing shopping etc- the apartment was spacious spotless and cool. Ample cooking facilities 2 bathrooms and really comfortable beds. In a residential area so not touristy and busy. Close to a river where we saw wildlife and near to bus stop into Venice main bus station. Brilliant would use again and recommend to others perfect - couldn't have done any better.

Comodità..a due passi da Venezia!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di agosto..già dalla prenotazione emerge la disponibilità del proprietario, il sign.Marino,insieme abbiamo precisato il tutto e ha provveduto lui stesso al transfert dall'aeroporto. Arrivati all'appartamento siamo stati accoltati dalla gentilissima Viola che ci ha illustrato tutto.
L'appuntamento si trova a 500mt dalla piazza centrale di Mestre e a circa 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.Per chi va in auto non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio.
Consigliamo la struttura per la posizione e la cordialità di chi la gestisce.

Buone comodità e ottima posizione per visitare Venezia

La casa vacanza è in ottima posizione...a 5 minuti dal centro di
Mestre, a 20 minuti di bus da Venezia, con posto auto interno e vicino casa comodità di negozi!
L’interno dell’appartamento è molto confortevole e con ogni comodità,.
4 adulti e 2 bambini, con doppi servizi, 2 camere da letto, nel salone divano letto (unica pecca poiché un po’ scomodo), abbiamo passato una bella vacanza!

Muy buena estancia

Hemos pasado aquí 2 días. El apartamento muy bonito. Las camas cómodas. Párking privado incluido. Al llegar llamé al señor Marino y en 2 minutos llegó una chica super amable que nos explico todo sobre el apartamento y los alrededores y desplazamientos. Aconsejo completamente la estancia aquí para visitar Venezia. Autobús a 5 minutos que te lleva a piazza Roma de Venezia.
