A gorgeous hotel that stands out!
Totally more than 5 stars! This was such a beautiful hotel. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful! So fun to start with prosecco and snacks! I truly wish I was staying longer as I loved this hotel so much! Not to mention, the Juliet courtyard is in your hotel area. Highly recommend!

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Verona❣️
We had a wonderful stay at Relais Balcone di Giulietta.
The location could not be more perfect — right in the heart of Verona, in one of the city’s most iconic and atmospheric settings.
The rooms are spacious, elegant and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful view over Juliet’s courtyard and the famous statue. We especially appreciated the attention to detail: the rooms feature original works of art, which gives the hotel a very special character.
The bathrooms are also excellent, with high-quality toiletries and everything you would expect from a hotel of this level.
What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff. The entire team is highly professional, warm and genuinely attentive.
A special thank you to Persio, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the consistently high standard of service.

Many members of the team have worked at the hotel for many years, and it really shows — they know the property perfectly, pay attention to every detail and make guests feel truly welcome.

Exceptional!
Third stay and just as magical as the first. We had the most lovely room with balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room is superb and mini bar with prosecco just perfect. We spent an evening at the opera which was fantastic - and can't think of a better room to come back to after even at 2 am! Bed so comfy and staff wonderful! Can't wait to return!

My favourite hotel
The most beautiful and romantic hotel, fantastic in all ways. The rooms are elegant and luxurious, the staff are so helpful and professional and central location. We got engaged underneath Juliet ’s balcony and the staff helped to make it the most special and romantic moment I could have imagined. Thank you Cristina and Andrea and all staff.
