Friendly and helpful staff allowed us to check in early. Excellent location, very quiet and close to all amenities. The breakfast was ok and a bit lacking. The bread was not fresh and reheated from the day before, otherwise options were reasonable. There wasn't a kettle in the room but the staff were accommodating and loaned us one for our two night stay which was appreciated. Emails were replied replied, which sometimes doesnt happen in European hotels.We would stay here again.

Bathroom to be restored.
I was assigned room 36, an attic with a very small triangular bathroom without a bidet. I kindly ask for a replacement otherwise I would have left and, at first they tell me to be full, then they assign me room nr.2 with bathroom as per the attached photos. For the rest great location, clean room and breakfast very satisfactory.

Buongiorno sig. Dario e grazie della recensione tutto sommato positiva nei nostri riguardi. Occorre spiegare però che la camera 25 (non 36) in un primo momento assegnatavi, è una camera matrimoniale mansardata con bagno privo di bidet per motivi di spazio. Al momento della Vs. richiesta di cambio camera in effetti l'hotel era al completo e la camera 02 in cui avete soggiornato era bloccata appunto per lavori di manutenzione come appunto la tinteggiatura della camera, ed in particolar modo quella del bagno, proprio per il problema da lei evidenziato nella foto e la sostituzione delle prese elettriche che sarebbe avvenuta il giorno successivo. Le dimensioni dei bagni su queste tipologie di camere (le più economiche) purtroppo non sono modificabili e, anche se si volesse ristrutturare completamente come Lei asserisce, resterebbe uguale se non ancora più ristrette. Di contraltare mi permetto di segnalare che tra un paio di settimane inizieremo dei lavori di ristrutturazione di ben 5 bagni che dureranno almeno 1 mese e mezzo di lavori, quindi l'impegno le assicuro che c'è. Typical italian 3 stars hotel.
The location of the hotel is quite nice. There are many rooms, so the quality and type of the room depend on which side of the hotel you will get one. I have got an obsolete one.
The smell was quite strong, and moldy even after opening the window. Everything was obsolete, the bathroom might be acceptable 30 years ago as well. They dont serve bathgel only small, individually packed soup.
The cleaning staff uses already dirty equipments before cleaning the room. They didnt even change my towel when i put beside the rubbish bin to be clear about my wish.
The breakfast is ok, not much veggies. Even in italy, not a nice one.
