Vacation in Vicenza
My wife and I were guests at the hotel for 4 days during our short vacation in Vicenza; very beautiful hotel, well-maintained in terms of furnishings, and the room was very beautiful! The staff is very kind, in particular Massimo at the reception and Michela.
I highly recommend it.

This is our third stay at this hotel. It’s very convenient with only 4 minutes walking distance from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the city center. Parking is right outside the entrance if you are driving.Our room was as usual clean and comfortable but the air conditioning could have been more efficient. We stored our luggage with them for one night,while going to the opera in Verona and came back the next day at 11 in the morning. We were instantly given our room for the next night with no extra charge. Breakfast was ok, and had all the basics. It’s a great choice for Vicenza and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay here next time as well.

I would gladly return!
The location is excellent and the room is very comfortable and pleasantly scented. Some improvements to better the stay: there was no cleanser near the bidet, the towel rack was opposite and far from the soap dish, only one charging outlet under the nightstand, no women's bath kit or accessories, considering it's a 4-star hotel. Decent breakfast but could be improved. Excellent welcome and kindness from the staff.

A perfect stay in Vicenza
Ideally located hotel near one of the city gates. Charming staff and attentive to requests. The room was large, elegant, and very comfortable. Perfect soundproofing. Delicious and generous breakfast. We really enjoyed this two-night stay and recommend it!
