Great Mini Vacation !

Wonderful!!! I checked in for for days with my six year old grandson. Normally we frequenct for years another Hotel in Vicenza with a outdoor pool, but now that we have found the Hotel Victoria , Never again will we change ! The Hotel Victoria is absolutely perfect for our needs.
The pool was just great !.It was never not once over crowded like the other Hotel..
The entire Staff from the Reception to the Breakfast lounge to the Restaurant to the Life -guards at the pool and the Cleaning Staff are percent Professional , Friendly , Kind, Great and very prepared at their jobs doing Hospitality, To be Honest my Family Travels a LOT Internationally , we are very much used to excellent 5 Star Hotel Treatment all over the World...When we are in Italy we can never find a Hotel that MAKES a New Customer feel Welcome ...
At the Hotel Victoria , which is a Four star Hotel, Everyone Treated us like We were Old Clients. , Like They Knew Us For Years.
This made our four day little Hoilday so much better . Everyone who is employed There Smiles
The Breakfast was lovely .
The only two things that were a bit disappointing was the size of the room...
But I learnt from other guest that they have very large rooms at the Hotel.
We booked online by booking .com a site I do not like. The Next time I will book directly with the hotel so that they understand my family's level of comfort
The second thing was the toilet .
The button to flush got stuck everytime we used the toilet..
I didn't complain because to be honest everyone at the reception was so kind I didn't want to make a compliant..
All on all, I give the Hotel Victoria the maximum rating nine out of ten ..

Room and breakfast TOP

I stayed in this hotel with my partner and our 5-month-old baby in B&B formula for one night, on the occasion of the weekend of the Classic Car Show in Vicenza.
Modern hotel in a strategic location.
But the thing that left us most amazed was the room! Practically AN ULTRA MODERN MINI APARTMENT, bright, functional and spotless, consisting of a sitting room with sofa, TV, table with 4 chairs and... a wardrobe with a small KITCHEN inside!. Next, anteroom, bright and modern bathroom with walk-in shower.... And large and comfortable bedroom with TV and cot for our baby. The decor still tasted new!
Exceptional breakfast! Rich buffet, both sweet and savory.
Staff at the reception and cleaning ladies really very kind and helpful!!!
Ample free parking is available.
Absolutely recommend!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Very nice stay with a good breakfast. Pool area was great. Shopping mall right by with lots of shopping and food options. Parking was always available.

Amazing hotel that’s close to everything in Vicenza. Air conditioning and the swimming pool were an added bonus. Not an issue, but the rooms don’t have microwaves. Breakfast was delicious every day of our stay!

I always choose this hotel. The staff is always helpful and the location is optimal. Many attractions are easily accessible. Plus the breakfast is always a hit.
