Don't hesitate, make your reservation!
Due to: being close to Porto Torres - Grimaldi Ferry , in the morning I stayed here two nights.
The hotel is a bit outside the "route", but you do find here a family-managed Hotel. A hotel where the customer is a customer. They will go above & beyond to make your stay like a true "Sardinian Hospitaly ". Manula and her team are different! Friendly, kind, eye for detail and really something else!! I had a room for me and my my dog Isabella. For me al necessities where available. The room is a little bit outdated. And if you are in need of extra towels etc. Simply just ask. Stayed here during the heatwave: The two pools are magnifique! The restaurant itself , pleasantly surprised! Good food, great chef and service is on top! Besides the pizzas and pastas , go for the traditional dishes! Give it a try! Would definitely re-book ! Parking? In front of the door.

A pleasant stay
We stayed at this hotel from August 13 to 24, we had 2 double rooms.
We received a free upgrade from standard rooms to superior rooms, a nice surprise.
The rooms were large and the cleaning adequate, the change of towels was daily and the sheets weekly. A suggestion to improve the Service is to invest in higher quality linen.
Swimming pool: large and always clean.
Breakfast: Good. Tip: adding hot egg-like courses scrambling bacon, pancakes and typical Sardinian products would add value.
Staff: always friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Manuela of the reception, kind, competent and with a smile always ready.

Disappointing second experience
We returned to dinner in this place a few nights ago but this time we can not positively review the experience. We had already had dinner here a few weeks before and, having enjoyed good dishes, we decided to order them again. Unfortunately the seafood tastings were completely different both in terms of product quality, variety of combinations and presentation. First we ordered the sea fregola and culurgiones. The fregola (which the previous time we had appreciated for the quality of the catch, the great flavor and the accompaniment with bread croutons) this time was sweet and hot and did not look even remotely like what was consumed previously. The culurgiones were acceptable only as far as the sausage sauce was concerned because, as far as the preparation was concerned, they did not look homemade at all. We did not continue the dinner to avoid more disappointments. As for the Service (despite the courtesy of the staff) this was really slow and we never received any indication on the dishes consumed. In addition, we could not order any bottle of wine among those on the list because they were all finished and we had to dine with the 3 remaining glasses of the bottle we would have liked to drink. At the time of the count, when asked if everything had gone well, we explained how disappointed we were by the comparison with the previous sect but the lady at the checkout did nothing but listen to us without giving us any explanation or trying to justify in any way what happened. We know that a "NO night" can happen but the two dinners in comparison can not be so different both in terms of quality and taste or Service. The pictures taken of the dishes look like they belong to two different restaurants... too bad.

Beautiful new hotel, small but perfect for us. Lovely pool and bar area, great breakfast and comfortable spacious room. Spa looks amazing but didn't have time to use it, just a quick look round.

right hotel, no more
family hotel. Neither is anything else in the world, not in bargain, not in facilities. The rooms have a TV, air conditioning and small refrigerator. As for the furniture, it would need a renovation. The maid service, fair enough, if you don't leave the room before 11 am they don't clean it, they should inform you. Very basic breakfast with little variety, do not offer hot dishes. The best location, about 20 min from Castelsardo, and about 40 from beautiful beaches. Free parking and no parking problem. In general, normal.
