The b/b as they understood a few years ago

We booked in time at this property, considering the proximity to Aquileia, a town that we had long planned to visit.
It is, in essence, a villa immersed in a large plot of land, partly kept in lawn and partly as a wooded park: within this structure some rooms have been converted into b / b.
Standard sized room, with bathroom "windowed", with good level of cleanliness and furniture a bit 'retro.
I admit to being particularly sensitive to noise, but I have heard several times the flow of water from other rooms and the not far airport of Trieste starts working at 6 am.
Breakfast of a high level, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
The staff was courteous and helpful.
Adequate overall value for money.
The overall rating would be 3 and 1/2: half a point more thanks to the valuable information given to us about our immediate next visit to Aquileia.

The garden of fairy tales

A place with a magical garden with roses and flowers, the cats that are the masters of it occasionally pops up and gets petted! Peace and cordiality. Room and spotless environments all adorned with furnishings and ornaments that seem to come out of a fairy tale. The breakfast good with genuine products and served elegantly as in another era. The hosts discreet friendly people. A strategic place to visit Friuli. Even with bikes and motorcycles. I breathed peace and cordiality. Thank you.

Like at home with friends

Friendliness, availability, courtesy in beautiful and familiar spaces. Spacious room and a covered terrace where I loved spending hours reading. We were looking for a quiet place and a good starting point for our tours: goal fully achieved. Bike friendly and cat to cuddle in the garden. Not to be missed if you come here

"A Charm!"

A very charming place, with a beautiful garden and flowers. Giuliana and her husband are very kind. The room I stayed in has a spectacular living room, with a sofa, coffee table, minibar, etc., and with a view of the garden and vines. The bathroom is not in the room, it is next door. I imagine that if you have more guests it should be shared.

Serenity-tranquility

This structure is immersed in total tranquility, in the greenery with squirrels running around. Simple location, equipped with every comfort, cleanliness is excellent and everything is framed by the great kindness and helpfulness of the owners. We had a super breakfast on the veranda, with a view garden, where many delicacies awaited us... the jams made by the lady were absolutely worth trying
