New, clean, beautiful, and professional.

New structure with everything well-maintained and clean.
Breakfast with many delicious products.
We had an error during check-in (around 9 PM), and the issue was resolved quickly and independently by the management... excellent job!
On the day of check-out, we were able to pick up our luggage in the evening and take a shower in a bathroom dedicated to guests... a great plus.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel on three levels, recently and skillfully renovated in an optimal position with a surrounding garden reserved for its clientele for breakfasts, a quiet area with the possibility of unguarded parking nearby; you need to move the car to reach the nearest beach.
Attention to customers, professionalism, and super hospitality, every detail is taken care of, extreme cleanliness, unexpected kindness, spacious rooms.
Super small breakfast, quality-price ratio/medium-high justified.
Recommended.

Nice, clean room with a small balcony. Two nice terraces for guests to use. Friendly, helpful staff with great knowledge about beaches, restaurants and bars.

Yeah, great!

Just one word: perfect! Located in a quiet area, but a few steps from the pedestrian area in the evening, with public parking available even in the week of August. Spacious room, bright and with all amenities. Bathroom with window, with huge shower. The added value are definitely Simona and Roberta, helpful, very kind and always ready to dispense great advice on how to best live the area. Wonderful to have breakfast outside in the small porch. Great attention to detail, organization and guests. We left very early and Simona brought us breakfast in the room the night before. What about it? Absolutely recommended!

A real treat!

Fantastic stay, 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius (Punta Molentis, a real pearl) and 5 minutes walk from downtown. Brand new and comfortable hotel with convenient parking, great breakfast and impeccable Service. Friendly and helpful staff. We hope to return.
