to be taken absolutely into account

Given the very varied reviews I wanted to test the hotel. the location is in the center of Viterbo near all points of interest. Good and sufficiently varied breakfast. the room was large and clean with a front with mirror and small closet. The bathroom was equipped with everything (see photo ) and with a shower with snap closure. There was a double bed, television, minibar, telephone and air conditioning. Courteous and quick reception. the hotel has a garage. I slept in complete silence. More than reasonable price

Sad stay.

Located in a good central position, the facility is dilapidated and should be completely renovated in all aspects: although the room was fairly clean, it was dark and poorly furnished, with the inability to open the shutters due to possible bird incursions (as reported by the staff); empty minibar, creaky bed, thin and hard pillows, bathroom fairly clean without a hairdryer and with poor-quality hygiene materials that instead of smelling good... (you understand).
Breakfast: packaged foods and croissants presented in a box without any presentation (probably not fresh), brown tablecloths of questionable taste.
Positive note: friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff.
Attention: NO ELEVATOR and many stairs.

Nice stay

We stayed one night and I must say that we enjoyed it. The interior environment is perfectly in harmony with the external context, which is that of the medieval old town. Extremely friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, clean environment. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. I think we'll be back!

You can do better

Given that it was chosen because coming from a long trip we absolutely needed the garage (in the same structure, very comfortable and cheap). For the rest, clean room, but bathroom without bidet (at least in our room) and a shower with a curtain so so...Good breakfast. Calculating our needs, the really competitive price and the extreme kindness of the staff, I have a positive memory, calculating that we stayed in the room very little

Central location

Average hotel with no lift, but also not expensive, location is good as is close to shops and the festivities for which we had come. Small breakfast selection and some parking available but book ahead. Easy walk to local restaurants and shops.
