I already decided to come back! ❤️
Welcomed very cordially, we were also offered the choice of room. The hotel is right in front of the beach, adorned with beautiful colorful planters. All the staff very kind, helpful and sunny. If it is true that it is a bit dated in finishes and bathroom accessories, however it is spotless, tidy, everything works well, the management is very attentive to the services that would put it above 3 stars. Breakfast, served in a magnificent room, tastefully decorated and very pleasant, directly overlooking the sea, is excellent, very varied, salty and sweet: all fresh, freshly prepared and warm, with homemade cakes and jams. The possibility to enjoy in summer, a small private beach, simply crossing the road, suggests a holiday of total relaxation, without neglecting the possibility of the natural, historical, monumental, archaeological beauties of this area of Sicily! The sea is wonderful and transparent. I have already decided to return to the hotel Mida!

Really great and strategic location, ideal for moving comfortably. The staff was always kind and helpful, and the breakfast was undoubtedly appreciated, varied and well cared for.
However, the value for money is quite high compared to the condition of the structure, especially the bathrooms, which appear dated and would need renovation. An aspect that negatively affects the overall experience, especially considering the cost of the stay.”

Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato la nostra colazione, la posizione e la professionalità del nostro personale, senza dubbio i nostri punti di forza. Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo ci dispiace che non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative, ci teniamo a precisare che i prezzi vengono applicati soprattutto per i servizi che offriamo, i bagni cambiano in base alla tipologia di camera, infatti alcuni sono stati ristrutturati, altri ancora no, speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente per offrirle un' esperienza migliore.

A place to relax
In the week I stayed at the hotel Mida I found myself very well. The hotel has a simple decor but is very clean. I stayed in a room with sea view that had two balconies. The Service people and the owner are really very nice and helpful and bend over backwards to meet you. You eat very well. The fact of having the beach just a stone's throw from the hotel makes everything easier. I spent a week of pure relaxation and for that I thank them all.

Great experience
Very nice and hospitable hotel. From the room you can admire the wonderful beauty of the seafront.Excellent room cleaning service, excellent cuisine prepared with local products. Breakfast very assorted and offers a variety of pies and doughnuts prepared by them. Very jovial Welcoming and very kind and helpful Service staff. I highly recommend it to spend the holidays!

Very dated hotel, little clean rooms, despite there is daily cleaning with change of towels. Breakfast, good on the first day, then repeats for the whole week (homemade cakes proposed for the whole week) same thing for lunch, the potato and green bean salad becomes octopus salad the next day (obviously using only potatoes... which you know, become unhealthy if stored already cooked).
The beach Service completely non-existent, alternate two guys who spend their days looking at their cellphones and sleeping, the reserved beach in fact, is dirty more than the municipal one, butts, handkerchiefs, pieces of plastic and even a fork. The high price is not adequate to the structure that in my opinion is a 2 star. Federica, the girls in the restaurant and Mrs. Daria are very nice and helpful.

Gentile ospite, la ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza, ci dispiace apprendere che alcuni aspetti del suo soggiorno non siano stati piacevoli, ma ci teniamo a chiarire alcuni punti: la pulizia della camera viene fatta giornalmente insieme al cambio biancheria, ci sarebbe piaciuto sapere per tempo che questa non era di suo gradimento magari avremmo potuto soddisfare le sue esigenze. La nostra colazione a buffet sia continentale che all’inglese è sempre stata un punto di forza, soprattutto per le TORTE FATTE IN CASA per cui riceviamo sempre grandi apprezzamenti e anche se ripresentate come dice lei per l’intera settimana non vuol dire che non siano fresche, magari non rispecchiavano i suoi gusti. Il menu del nostro ristorante varia ogni giorno ed è nostra abitudine comunicarlo a colazione in modo che le pietanze siano preparate in base alla scelta di tutti gli ospiti, quindi non è possibile che le abbiano dato le patate del giorno prima. Per quanto riguarda il servizio spiaggia ci scusiamo tanto per il disservizio che ha ricevuto è stata poi nostra cura intervenire immediatamente.
Siamo contenti che almeno la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff abbiano soddisfatto le sue esigenze.
Ci auguriamo comunque di poterla riavere come nostra ospite per poterle offrire un’esperienza migliore adatta alle sue esigenze.
