Nice hotel, GPS Coordinates inaccurate

We had to call hotel because it is located 2km north of the GPS coordinates. This area has marble and granite mining and a nice shoe and handbag outlet. The hotel was newer and had all the usual amenities with enough parking. We ate the included breakfast in the bar next door. As this is not a tourist area, it is handy to speak some Italian.

Personale accogliente, ma troppo odore di fumo nella hall al mattino.
Camera semplice col necessario per brevi soggiorni. Proprio accanto, in questo periodo, c'è un cantiere con ruspa in azione. Abbastanza insonorizzata ma comunque accanto a strade a scorrimento veloce.
Colazione nel bar annesso, buona ma non a buffet.
Ristorante anneso con piatti non ricercati ma prezzi onestissimi.
In generale consiglio.
