Brand new but grossly mismanaged
Stars for 2 nights. Hot water did not work in my room. They bothered me for 2-3 hours trying to fix it. Could not offer me any alternative to be able to get a hot shower and hardly showed any remorse, made me pay full price anyway. They advertise free airport transfer but when I wanted to go to the airport they said their car is not there and refused to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport. Best they could do was to call one for me.
Otherwise the facilities and staff are very nice. I suspect the hotel is still so new that they simply need more experience and training before this becomes a great place to stay
