I booked the hotel reading the reviews both good and bad and not sure what to expect. However, our experience was perfect. We stayed in room 30 and it was clean. The water pressure was great, the air-conditioning and everything worked fine. We had breakfast twice there and it was delicious. The facilities were clean and welcoming and picturesque. We Absolutely loved the property. It was well kept, pool was clean and the property is close to many food options and attractions. We had a perfect time and will definitely be back! The stone on the floors from the pictures look textured as if you could feel the stones on your feet Howe er it’s a completely smooth surface. It feels like flat tile with no grooves that was a nice touch.

Horrible

Rooms are old , bed matteress tough. TV , many issues
Worse is the staff !
Only one member of staff seemed to care about our needs .
Rest of staff appeared to be bothered when we asked a question of them .
No diet coke or pepsi . Hiw can a hotel in Jamaica not have coconut water !
Will never stay here again !

Beautiful property

We spent 14 days in Jamaica and spent 2 nights here in January 2026. The hotel incl. outdoor area is beautiful. The room was ok.
Jamaican or Continental breakfast is offered.
We had dinner twice. The quality was very good.
There were only a few guests in the hotel. That didn't bother us.
We visited 2 beaches.
Winnifred Beach and Frenchman’s Cove visited.

A very well maintained property. Cleaned and very photogenic. I loved the staff interaction with us and all my requested services were attended with prompt. Sleeping on our bed was very comfortable and is one of my best hotel experience.
