I visit Villa Juanita and it was a excellent experience the rooms are very clean the staff are friendly I love the view, the free WiFi ,free parking space and also the food was great I really feel at home and comfortable at Villa Juanita love it there

Almost Entirely Disappointing
First night
No running water, no flushing toilet
No working ceiling light
Untold excuses
Next morning I was told a bunch of degenerate nonsense about this and that, so I took to spending the rest of my morning chilling on seat on one of the verandas, meditating and strategising the rest of my stay whilst taking the beautiful sea views.
The rest of my days were spent picking up items of food from local sources which I planned to cook in the evenings after cleaning the fly and bug riddled surfaces in the tired kitchen. (Good thing I'm a chef, accustomed to cooking in all conditions, in and outdoors, all over the world). The dining area was decent, also the general living room area.
I spent three nights at Villa Juanita. For the most part it was a chilled stay, however, the owners of this potentially 5* beautiful place, seem to have an undiagnosed condition of chronic mendacity and really ought to check themseves and invest some time and cash into basic essentials for paying customers, whatever the season, ie:
Running hot and cold water,
Decent WiFi
Regular electrical maintenance
More precision (truth) on airbnb as regards location
Proper competant staff with certified knowledge in real hospitality, property maintenance and catering
and most importantly
Mental therapy sessions for staff and themselves
The staff were generally pleasant but I got the notion they were felt under pressure to answer some simple inquiries about basic stuff. (All a 'money' thing, I guess)

Filthy, Stay away from this place!!!
We arrived with our family of 8 including children and were greeted with an inhabitable house. There were flies everywhere including the pillows on the bed. There was a lizard in the bathroom, spider on the wall and no clean towels, dirty bed linens, no hot water, bathrooms haven't been cleaned in years, dirt everywhere. There were poop and pee stays on the toilet. A/C was not available for most most of the rooms. One of our family members requested cleaning supplies to clean one of the bathrooms, just to take a shower. We called the owners and received no response. Stay away from this place!!

combo of lies and disgusting
Our family of 5 arrived late at night with our hands full of groceries. Proceeding through the kitchen was a shock: a rat heaven: disturbing filthy with the fridge loaded with expired left overs, and it seems the kitchen has not been cleaned for last 10 years! Only 1 bedrooms was clean, the rest of bedrooms and all bathrooms were filthy. We all wore flip flops to take showers. Even though we rented the "entire house", the next day we realized next door to where we were sleeping was another couple staying. It seems the house was double booked. We soon realized that Villa Juanita was a hostel as they rent a complete aisle of the house by the room. So imagine the surprise of renting a house for your family and every morning when you get up, someone else is in your kitchen. But that is not all: we had NO WI-FI. so 2 days into that annoyance, it is my husband who wasted 1/2 day to FIX IT! Also NO SHOWERS for 2 days. Same thing, manager keeps saying he's looking into it, nothing changes so my husband was the one calling plumber + guiding the plumber on issues to get it fixed. Days 3, water but cold showers. Ah, and I forgot we were days without clean towels

I enjoyed my stay, the staff are excellent, and catered to our needs, beautiful out of this world view
The chef can cook for me any day, he always has a smile, the others made us feel welcome, and comfortable, as if we were family and the owner was accomodating and really made me feel extra special. The facility was clean, and located very close to a beach, the breath taking view cannot be expressed in words, it must be experienced in person .
