We checked in late and the security guard and the hotel clerk provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and nice, and although we didn't get an opportunity to use it, the pool looked lovely. Hope to stay here again.

Our room was directly above the garbage bins that seem wasn't emptied for days and smell was awful .that's unacceptable for guests to go through.

I had to be there 2 twice in a month because my brother was in the university hospital, then had to come back when he passed but I chose the same location because of the service and the proximity to Up Park Camp because he got a military funeral it worked for me and 12 other family members!..we’re going to come back again, I have to be back in the island come January and your a possibility for me then too.

I stayed for only one night because I had an appointment at the US Embassy, which was about a 10-minute walk away, if that much. The property is close to a busy street, but I found it very convenient for my trip.
The property was clean, and the first thing I noticed when entering the room was how great it smelled. There is hot water, and I really appreciated the kitchenette and amenities that were provided.
There were a few minor issues. The doors are not completely sealed, so insects can get in. The fridge was not plugged in, and it took a little effort to set it up, but since we were only staying one night, it was not a major inconvenience. The rooms are also not soundproof, as I could hear conversations from the room next door and even a phone vibrating.
The staff was very polite and courteous. Parking is available, although the spaces are a bit tight. There is security at the gate, so I had no concerns about the safety of my rental car.
Overall, I would give this property 4 stars, and I would stay there again.

No detailed information available for potential activities around the area . No emergency contact as staffs were only available until 5pm. Less option for dining . Toilets needs to be thoroughly clean .
The ocean views were stunning though.
