Serene Getaway
Our children surprised us with a trip to Castle Vue in Montego Bay, Jamaica to celebrate our 53rd Wedding Anniversary! The villa is fresh, inviting and comfortable. During our 4-day stay, we exchanged pleasant conversations with other guests and we enjoyed gorgeous views of Montego Bay's hillsides from the patio at the entrance to the bed and breakfast. Our spacious bedroom had ample closets and dressers. Our private bath was very clean and the air conditioned bedroom kept us comfy through the night. Castle Vue is located within a walkable neighborhood (Mango Walk). We visited the Montego Bay Cultural Centre, which was located only a short car ride away, to the downtown area. Lawrence was a terrific host! Ms. Paulette prepared and served breakfast and dinner meals graciously. We loved our getaway in Montego Bay!

The pleasure was all mine for 4 days I was here and enjoyed every minute of it. Mr. Lawrence runs a lovely establishmen
The rooms have onsuite bathrooms which is great convenience. Clean and comfortable quarters including the gathering rooms where you choose entertainment. Roma Darling is a darling hostess and miss her immensely. God knows how lovely the grounds are and attractive viewpoint from the bench in the driveway. So pleasant to be on a cul de sac road which ends at the Castlevue location. No noisey traffice coming through. I loved it!

Beautiful!!!
This B&B has beautiful views of Jamaica.The ocean and mountain views are amazing. The property is beautiful and well kept. Lawrence & Darling are absolutely wonderful people who took good care of us during our stay. Located close to MBJ airport in a peaceful setting. The breakfast is delicious.

Low cost but you get what you pay for
The place was generally nice. It was clean and Doreen was sweet and accommodating. Our room was big and the air conditioning worked well. However, the water in our room was barely a trickle and in the mornings it was only lukewarm - extremely difficult to take a decent shower. They served breakfast but it was only from 8:30 - 9am. Since we had lots of early morning trips booked, we only got breakfast about every other day. There were dogs across the street who barked in the mornings - woke us up 3-4 times. It's located in a neighborhood in the hills of Montego Bay - we liked the location but there's nowhere that is walkable because the roads are so narrow and dangerous.

Jamaika pur ...
Nettes B&B in sehr ruhiger Lage, weit abseits vom Tourismus, jedoch in sehr guter Nähe zum Flughafen.
Ob dies ein gutes B&B ist oder ein schlechtes, ob etwas fehlt oder wie sich dieses B&B von anderen abgrenzt, kann ich nicht genau beschreiben, da ich fast nur in Hotels übernachte.
Was mir persönlich gefallen hat, war die Offenheit , Freundlichkeit und die Führsorge der Vermitterin zu Ihren Gästen
Die Umgebung ist gut und sicher, allerdings auch weit entfernt von MOBAY.
B&B liegt auf dem Berg und ist eigentlich nur zu erreichen mit Taxi oder Mietwagen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nichts , weder ein Restaurant noch ein Kaufladen doch, ist die Nähe zum Flughafen unschlagbar (kein Fluglärm).
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus genügend vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind groß und funktional mehr aber nicht
Fernseher gibt es nicht, doch dafür Boxspringbetten.
Vermitterin ist stehts hilfsbereit.
Punktabzug gibt es, weil Kreditkartenzahlung an diesem Tag nicht möglich war.
Gefrühstückt wird oben auf der Terrasse, Es gibt einen großen Tisch, der von allen Gästen gleichzeitig genutzt wird.
Angeboten wird jamaikanisches Frühstück.
