Great hotel

We only stayed in the hotel one night unfortunately it’s the best hotel we have stayed in this trip so far. Good size bedroom both of us could walk around the bed & get in, not like others where one had to crawl over the bed to get in. Clean & well appointed rooms, public bath house, pool on roof, laundry room, large foyer. Bed king size and comfortable, pillows soft which I like.
Close to the railway station & many restaurants to eat at would definitely stay again.

Good Location but Crowded

A short walk from Beppu Station, which made getting around very convenient.
Parking was a little inconvenient, especially in the rain, as the carpark is located a short walk away in a multi-storey facility. We ended up parking directly outside the hotel instead, which was more convenient but also more expensive (around 1,500 yen overnight).
The deluxe triple room was a good size and comfortable, and the washroom area was spacious. However, the bathroom had a slightly strange smell, which affected the overall impression of the room.
The onsen, unfortunately, felt quite overcrowded during our stay, which made the experience less relaxing. This wasn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it did take away from the overall enjoyment a bit.

Nice designed and comfortable hotel, location next to JR station is very convenient, indoor and outdoor onsen with great view on the city, great pool on the roof top. Amazing breakfast buffet

We were thankful to find a last minute place to stay after our original plans fell through. Despite the late hour, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was okay with regard to cleanliness… could be better could be worse. My biggest complaint was the odd smell of the room and the black flies in the bathroom-both tolerable but unfortunate.
