Highly recommend

Excellent. Location so close to the train station and busses. Our room had a lovely view down to the water and Beppu Tower. The free alcohol drinks in the evening 6pm till 9pm were self serve and very pleasant after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious and the freshly baked rolls and pastries were a treat. The pyjama's supplied were the softest we had on the trip. The supermarket is at the far end of the station and very handy also the 100 yen shop. The tourist information center at the train station was so helpful we bought a 2 day pass there for the bus and went up to the ropeway from bus stop 1 east exit and bus stop 3 to Hells both worth doing. The laundry at the hotel is 200 yen to wash and free drying a bargain. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and happy to store luggage. The coach from Nagasaki stops at kitahama and it's less than 10 minute walk up Road 32 to the hotel, Lawson's is across the road.

The amenities and the facilities were amazing! Lots of little extras down at the front desk you can grab and take if needed and pillows galore to choose from for your room. The staff was so kind and helpful and there was free drinks and breakfast! Amazing stay so kind!

Pretty satisfied hotel

The location is close to the station. I took a bus, so the Honmachi bus stop in front of the station is right in front of me.
The room is a Hollywood twin on the eighth floor, large, with a large bed and two windows. From this window, I could see the sea and Beppu Tower, and the sunrise and moon were beautiful, just the view.
Breakfast is common, but egg dishes change daily, and bread is delicious. The breakfast attendant is ready to serve and preparing a meal.
Alcohol free drinks are available in the lounge from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. There is also a microwave oven.
The water in the bathroom of the room is clean. Each person could use two cups each, which was convenient for brushing teeth.
The public baths were made of wood with sinks and chairs, smelled good, had a high point, and the bathrooms and dressing rooms were beautiful.
That's all for the good, and there are no bad points,
If you are staying at Beppu Station, I would recommend this hotel.

This Super Hotel was the best in value. Clean and comfortable with a spa, breakfast buffet, complimentary cocktail hour, comfortable sleepwear, very very near to the train and bus station with great shops in them, and useful amenities. This is a hotel that has good judgement on everything and I hope they never change.
