Amazing resort with a beautiful beach and top-notch customer service! The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The beach was clean, peaceful, and absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The customer service level at the hotel front desk is the lowest.

The front desk of this hotel is a resort part-time job. A young person who doesn't know business etiquette or general common sense, and can't even use proper honorifics, is handling it.
I inquired about the activity but have not received a reply. They said they would call back, so I waited, but there was no contact. If I call back in an hour and a half, they say, "Marine's staff have gone home, so tomorrow morning after they start work, 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock?" "I think it will be a reply around that time." Even if the reply is "I think it will be at 10 o'clock" to an inquiry about whether a reservation can be made from 10 o'clock... since that changes the travel schedule, I told them to let me know if the reply is delayed, and they clearly got annoyed and said, "The Marine staff have already gone home." I've contacted the staff at Marine. I was told.
The young people who called next were all the same. I was speechless in amazement.
It was really unpleasant.

Staff quickly moved us once we discovered our air conditioner wasn't blowing as cold as it should be. The property was beautiful as was the beach in front. The complimentary breakfast was the best. I wish I'd known ahead of time that they also have car and scooter rentals on property. The shuttle service was nice to have. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit Yoron again.

Despite the rainy weather everyone seemed really friendly and easy going. The staff took great care of our needs and was really attentive.
Even though we dont speak Japanese, communication was possible. Some people of the staff also spoke English.
The room and amenities were great and clean.
