Excellent access

Free breakfast is full of blessings from Hokkaido. There is a lot of variety, with sashimi and Chinese. The soup curry was also spicy and delicious. It's a short walk, but there's New Chitose Airport Hot Spring in the airport. Hotel users can use it many times for free. This hot spring was quite large and pleasant. They were pleased to know that using the hot spring alone was quite expensive and a terrible guest privilege. Of course, the perk of this hotel is its overly accessible location in the airport. After checking out in the morning, we had to make a quick trip to the rental car window.

Ideal for early flight

This is a great place to stay at, if you have an early morning flight to catch. Else consider staying at Sapporo or Chitose city.
The management needs to review its practice of shutting the restaurant gate even though it’s not end of breakfast timing yet. After shutting the gate, the staff also did not put up a notice nor notify breakfast guests on where to exit. Such practice does give guests a bad impression especially when it’s in the hospitality business.

The hotel is located inside the Chitose airport. It's a very good location for transit.
We can use a large hot spring.

Stayed the night as next day flight was very early in the morning. Didn't get to eat the included breakfast as we had to check out before service time starts at 6am. Would be good if they have option for packed simple breakfast like sandwiches to go. For info, ANA counter for int'l flights only opens at 6.30am.

Our go to hotel when we arrived late or had to leave early fr Chitose airport. Convenient location and great shopping in the airport. Restaurants/eateries and even some of the convenience shops close early. By 8pm to 8.30pm, the place becomes quite deserted.
