I want you to improve your internet experience.

The hotel is a bit of an old building, but the rooms and beds are large, there is a lot of breakfast buffet (the shabu-shabu was delicious), and the reception was very accommodating. The rates are not so high. I didn't eat it, but when I checked in by 4 o'clock, they said there was also a Chatelese cake service.
What I want to see improved is poor internet connectivity. Have tried to connect to the Internet by entering my ID and password to search for places to visit the next day on my computer, but couldn't connect at all. I had no choice but to search on my smartphone.
The hot springs also had only eight washing areas for women's baths and were in a potato-washing state. The restaurant is open from 6 p.m., so the 5 p.m. mark is very crowded. You should take the bath outside the 5pm mark in the evening. Also, it is about 100 meters from the hotel exit to the building with the hot springs, so I feel very cold. Dress warmly.

Stress-packed with old inns, surly front desks and obscure accounts

There's an old, rural resort inn called Chattorese at play, a confectionery maker selling Chattorese sweets, ice cream and wine in the hotel, but the rug in the hallway is so worn that it won't close, the veranda sash is broken and there's a 12-inch step between the veranda and the interior, the interior and the bathroom, a toddler who could be dangerous to the elderly. Chattorese said he should improve these. This time, he used a voucher with breakfast, but the second night's breakfast was the same, the dining room staff suggested no mask, the front desk at check-in suggested no mask, and he issued a calculator to check-out saying, "What do you want?" In the meantime... If it's a customer business, explain the details.
The basics of the hospitality industry are no good, the staff are no good, the business hotel-level jobs are at least what they want, the more stressed-out stuff that comes to the resort.

Run Down

Unfortunately we were not very impressed with this hotel. They have a large property and huge potential, but the facilities are run down. I would not say the hotel is dirty, but it is old and worn out. The elevators smell bad. Service was friendly but super rigid. The place was not busy but they had all guests sitting around until the exact check-in time. Free coffee on the first day only. The rooms not so nice neither the restaurants, not bad just not so nice. Also, no safety box in the room.
The onsen is a short walk from the hotel, but itself is small and not very clean feeling. The guests also come from the golf course and some are strange; one guy was using his mobile telephone in the onsen.
The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Great fresh air and mountains. The hiking guide at the hotel was so friendly and helpful to give advice.
Also, you can drive about 10 minutes to the main road to a supermarket, get food and enjoy eating outdoors somewhere. Lake Matsubara is a wonderful place. Staying at this hotel gives you nice options to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Nagano. The hotel itself is not so great.

ウェルカムデザート (Welcome Dessert)

チェックインの日に、午後2時30分から4時までウェルカムデザートがあり、宿泊者は無料でデザートを食べられました。子どもたちも美味しいデザートを食べられて満足。また、目の前のゲレンデも、雪質もよく、コースも適度で子供も楽しめました。
The hotel guests can have the dessert for free from 2:30pm to 4pm at the date of check-in. My kids really enjoy the dessert.
The ski area in front of the hotel has the good condition and the ski course is not difficult so that the kids enjoy ski.

ウエルカムサービスのティｰ＆スイーツから楽しめました。

シャトレーゼの系列のホテルと言うことでスイーツにつられて泊まりに行きました。スキーリゾートと言ったたたずまいですが温泉も使えてゆっくり出来ました。
夕食はバイキングを選んでゆっくりとワインと日本酒を楽しみました。
