My family of four loved everything about this hotel. The dinner we booked was our best meal in Japan! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the owner (Jon) was incredibly helpful and kind, the location was great. We hope to stay here again some day!

We have truly enjoyed our stay at Sejour Mint. Jon and his staff are very helpful, service is great. Good food (try the hot pot and Sukiyaki) , Jon picked us up and dropped off at the bus stop. The room was cozy and the kids loved the Japanese bath. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Sejour Mint. Although there was a mix up with our Expedia reservation, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming in providing us a room. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to the mountain and there are restaurants/bars around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again if we are in Hakuba.
