マスター超がんばってる

「塩の道　紅葉ウォーキング」参加のため宿泊しました。宿泊者は私たちだけだったので、夕食は昭和のヒット曲を聴きながらワインやカクテルと共に、マスター手作りの数々の料理を堪能できました。お風呂は温泉のかけ流しで夜と朝2回入って、体がポカポカしました。朝食は予定時間に食堂に行くと、入れたてコーヒーが置かれていて、手作りの食事をタイミングよく食べることができました。ペンションすべてに清潔感が感じられ、しかもマスター一人でメインテナンスされている、その頑張りに感激しました。おもてなしの心使いが随所にあって、ペンションの良さが体験できる良い宿だと思います。

お風呂自慢の宿

炭酸水素塩泉のお湯がだばだばとかけ長しです。広さは三畳、洗い場は二名と狭め。温度は高く（42度超と推察）ですが、柔らかな泉質のため、すっと入れます。
庶民的でフレンドリーな接客。料理は普通。お酒もファミレスレベル。
静寂とお風呂良し。

スキー旅行で利用

2019年1月年始のスキー旅行で2泊しました。
岩岳や栂池のスキー場リフト割引券があったり、スキー場まで送迎してくれたり、スキー旅行にはうってつけの宿だと思います。
また、温泉は最高（浴場は狭いけど）、部屋は広い、部屋数もそれほど多くなく落ち着ける。スキーで疲れた体を癒すには文句ない環境です。
食事はボリュームたっぷり。前菜にサラダ、揚げたての天ぷら、魚料理に肉料理。どれもおいしいのですが、さすがに小学4年生の娘は完食できず(笑)　女性にもやや多いかも。

明るく楽しいペンション

昔、ペンションは家族経営で、マダムが疲れてる感じで、見ていて辛かったけど、ここのマダムは明るく楽しい料理上手なペンションでした。
部屋も2部屋を合わせて、広くしたようでゆったりでした。

源泉掛け流しのお風呂とボリュームたっぷりの手料理

ナトリウム炭酸水素塩泉の源泉掛け流しのお風呂。良く温まり、お肌つるつるになります。浴槽からしっかり溢れ出る新鮮な温泉です。ぬるめが好きな私には熱めですが、半身浴しながら入ったり上がったりで満喫しました。塩素消毒ありと書かれていますが、浴槽に注ぐ前の段階で消毒しているのか、浴槽に直接いれているのかは不明でした。どうなんでしょう？
お魚とお肉と両方楽しめるコース仕立てのお夕食は、塩分控えめのちょうど良い塩梅で、大食いな私ども夫婦でもお腹いっぱい。満足です。和牛は脂が多く一口以上は受け付けないお年頃になって参りましたが、こちらの信州牛のステーキは赤身でかつ柔らかく、大変楽しめました。紅葉は山が9月、里は10月中旬までとのことで、11月の連休はもう落ち葉の状態。今度は避暑に来たいです。
