A Pleasant Stay with a Home Feeling

We booked 3 night stays at this family run Inn but over-estimated the travel time between Nagano station and the nearest train station to the Inn. So we have no choice but request the owner to drive us back-and-forth to the station everyday under very a snowy condition and slippery road.
Though amidst a high volume of occupants and works, the family member had put out great effort to accommodate our 'special' needs and return with a pleasant smile. And they even cooked us a very late meals upon our delayed arrival. So thank you!

很好的居住環境，乾淨，只是熱水＆吹風機需要跟老闆就一下，也許是因為節省電費，竟量讓旅可少使用，山上也許電源不足，去雪場要1.3公里，雪場老闆無接送服務，走路大約要20分鐘，山上無餐廳和便利商店，所以建議訂民宿的早晚餐會比較方便，很好吃的餐點非常推薦訂餐.

清潔でホッとする宿

とても清潔なお部屋で、ヒーターの温度が自分で設定できるのでとても快適でした。アメニティは有料での用意ですが、その分コストを抑えています。夕飯のデザートがとても美味しかったです。なにをするにしても、オーナーさんの気遣いが嬉しかったです。

大変リーズナブル。サービスも良い。唯一つWIFIの速度が遅し

大変リーズナブルで良いバカンスを過ごさせていただきました。
食事も味も良く、満足です。唯一つwifiの速度が大変遅く、やや不満な感じです。サービスは良かったです。ただタオル・歯ブラシ有料は・・まあ価格が価格だからしょうがないといえばしょうがないです。
