Great location, well kept hotel overall. Only downside is if you have tattoos you must cover them to go to the gym. Other downside is you have to pay to use the gym/sauna

This hotel is really nice. Room was very spacious, clean. But we had an issue with the air conditioner. Maybe because it’s fall the temperature was set to a point that the room felt warm the whole time.

Easy-to-use hotels

When I went to visit a commercial facility in Ebina, I stayed there.
The room is of general size and can be used without any problems such as a bath or toilet.
It is recommended to go by car as there is a distance from the station. Parking is available in the underground parking lot.
Breakfast was buffet style and we enjoyed a variety of dishes.

Nice hotel very conveniently located for the train and all local shops/restaurants.
Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.
My only disappointment was that the WiFi was very poor in the particular room I was in.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was smaller than typical American room, but functional and very clean. Be aware that the air conditioning was only a portable evaporative cooler.
