Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice.
Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night.

Very near to the airport so we were not worried about not getting to the airport in time for morning flight. Amenities were well provided. Our mistake is not booking/reserved a car park lot. There were available lots, but they said cannot reserved. Hence we use a nearby coin parking.

This is peopleless hotel, the room is good. No way to reserve the on site parking slot except book via Japanese website. There is nearby car park. However, It was full when I first day arrived.

I thought theres someone at the door for check in; in fact its manuel check in
Used quite some time to realize the booking number is not working and we need to lookup email for QR code.
We bought some fruits back to hotel but theres no knife so the open kitchen doesnt have much of everything.
Theres one room with no A/C unit.
Hotel quite far to the nearest station
Wont consider for restay in future
