Room is well maintained though we could see some wear and tear sign. Overall a good one night stay.

Took a normal taxi (4 Pax and 3 medium luggages) from Fukuoka airport for $2.2k. Very good quadruple room for family where each of us got a bed. There’s reek of smoke at the counter the moment you entered as the encoded smoking room is just next to the counter. Gad that No such issue in the room.
The hotel is Linked to the canal city mall where you can find lots of eateries and gasaphon.
There’s performance at night at the fountain too (unable to upload the video here)

The entire hotel stinks of tobacco, especially outside of the room. I needed to hold my breath every time I return to the hotel and need to walk through the lobby.
Only 1 card key is provided, regardless the number of occupants. The bed is ok, but the pillows were half beads half cotton, making it uncomfortable.

Centrally located in Fukuoka right inside Canal City shopping mall. Easy walking distance to street stall food and numerous restaurants. Parking was in the mall parking lot and you'll need to walk up stairs and take escalators to get to the check-in lobby. Rooms are a bit dated with a small bathroom. We would probably try another hotel next time around.

All things is good ,but inside the bathroom there is no things you have to come to near reception to brings things like brush, comb ....etc

It was a a good value. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. You pay extra for the breakfast but it was very good.
