The indoor onsen marvelous. The environment is quiet and the dinner as well as breakfast is good. Recommendation for friends and relatives is a must

Hmm.

Stay in a special room as room food was desired. Thank you for providing nursing care supplies. The rooms were large, the views were good, and the food was delicious. The ceramic tub was lukewarm, and the hot spring was disgusting because there were countless white floating objects, but I decided to think it was a hot water flower. We apologize for the clogging of the toilets and the inconvenience caused to the female staff. But even in the Reiwa era, Nakai-san would easily take tips, and I would have liked to have given them to the woman who bothered him in the bathroom, but I'm sure they're in his pocket. Also, after checking out, I forgot the charging code, but I was ready to go, and the inn contacted me a week later to send it on delivery. The ¥840 delivery fee in Fukuoka prefecture as well ... That's exactly what Nakai-san would have cost me if he had sent me a letter pack with his tip. I thought that was it.

Worst front desk service

I stayed here with my dog.
The homepage said to put the dog in a case, so when I went to the front desk, they quickly showed the dog and family to the room as if that would be a problem. I think it can't be helped since I'm staying at a regular inn, but I wish they would have told me what to do when I made the reservation if it was bad.
The room was close to the emergency exit, so it was very convenient to go outside. I was grateful that the room had tatami mats for dogs and a large cage.
The inside of the building was very clean and tidyed up, which made me feel good.
The food was average. However, although the main servers were fine, some of them were sloppy and left items on one side of the table, which I thought was a shame.
Finally, when checking out,
First, hand over the key and go to the accountant.
Even though I had made the reservation through a travel agency and had already paid for everything, I was asked to pay after the details were explained, and I was taken aback. Later, when I was asked to return the key, I was told that I would like to check it. Also, the souvenirs I had requested would not come out unless I requested them, and when I brought them, they would be handed over to the next customer.
This was the first time I had a checkout that was so clumsy.
thank you very much. sorry. It's a pity that just one word wipes everything out.
The hotel's front desk staff, which is the face of the hotel, is all about the hard work that many staff members do, and everything went away, leaving us with a bad aftertaste.

Blowfish at Haratsuru

In winter, I go to hot springs in Yamaguchi and Usuki to eat fugu dishes, but this time, Roppokan had a plan for fugu so I made a reservation right away. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because I don't know much about fugu in Haratsuru, which is inland, but the seasoning was surprisingly good and I was satisfied with both the quality and quantity. However, I was a little disappointed that there was no fin sake.
This time, I stayed in the "Sefuri" Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath on the 6th floor, and there was a corridor in the middle of the room between the Japanese-style room and the bedroom, so since we were traveling with multiple generations, the rooms were separated and convenient. I'm not sure if the ceramic bathtub was due to the hot spring ingredients or lack of cleaning, but it was quite slimy, which bothered me.

Very good location
