Hekisuiso
Riverside inn nestled in the 'Agano River'. Can be enjoyed the views of the Agona River through all rooms. Free of charge of the private open-air bath in the beautiful skin of hot water of emerald hot spring with fully charter. Provides for the Agano River basin of seasonal ingredients and the blessing, seafood of the Japan sea are provided. You can also enjoy the type of SAKE, Japanese cocktail with the suitable cuisine in the restaurant called 'Kura', means 'warehouse'.

禁煙者は、部屋のタバコ臭に要注意
咲花駅から「咲花温泉」の看板に従って歩くこと5分ほど。7~8軒の旅館が道に沿って並んでおり、碧水荘はその一番奥にありました。途中に、閉館した旅館も数軒ありました。
2. 部屋
「禁煙者」にとっては要注意です。
チェックインを済ませ、若い女性スタッフに部屋まで案内されましたが、階段が多いにもかかわらず、「荷物をお持ちしましょうか」でもなく、おもてなしはイマイチの印象。
通された部屋は、タバコの臭いがとても強くてその場で気持ちが悪くなったため、臭わない部屋をその場でリクエストし、部屋を変えてもらいました。
変更後の部屋は、タバコの臭いこそしませんでしたが、テーブルの上には吸い殻入れが置いてありました。おそらく、この旅館には、「禁煙」の部屋は存在しないのではないかと思いました。
部屋からの眺望は良く、阿賀野川がすぐ前に見えます。
長い廊下でつながり、歩くとミシミシいう、古さと昭和レトロを感じる建屋でした。
部屋の清浄度はイマイチ。気にはならない程度ですが、長い毛髪が畳に落ちていたり、家具には埃が堆積している箇所があったり。
トイレは、洗浄機付きでした。
2. お風呂
内湯の浴槽は2つに区切られていて、片方は熱めでもう片方は温めです。広さは各々の浴槽に2人が入れるコンパクトなサイズです。お湯には硫黄臭があります。ちなみに、タオルについた硫黄臭は、後で洗濯しても消えませんでした。
露天風呂は、貸し切り専用（45分間）で、チェックインした順に自分で時間帯を指定できます。サイズは10人あまり入れそうな広さでした。
3. 食事
夕食は、10品あまりでとても美味しかったです。少量ですが蟹も出ました。
朝食も美味しく、充実していました。
食事に携わるスタッフは皆さん親切でした。
4. 看板ネコ
「チョコ」と言う名前の可愛いネコがフロント周辺にいて、癒やしてくれます。

The people are friendly. The bath is a bit poor. The food is average for a hot spring. No sound insulation.
Even though it's called an open-air bath, it's a so-called open-air bath without walls, under a roof inside the building. But it was a good open-air bath with a great view of the Agano River and the water, but it's a bit disappointing that you can only use it once per night.
The indoor bath has a partition, so the downstream side is a little cooler and the temperature is lower. It's not cloudy. There is a strong sulfur smell.
The building has been updated and cleaned, but it's an old building, so it's cute that there are broken parts here and there. WiFi was available, although they said it was under repair. There is a walkway along the way, which creaks when you walk on it, and there are steps on the carpet that make it easy to trip.
The meal wasn't particularly tasty because it wasn't a high-priced plan, but it was still good enough for a Japanese-style inn. The rice cooked with solid fuel has a little too much water and sticks to the inside of the pot, making it difficult to serve. When I pointed this out, I was told that they are particular about serving freshly cooked rice even if the meal times are different.
They do a good job of cleaning, but there is no sound insulation. You can hear the conversation in the next room through the wall. The next room was lively at night, but in the morning, a group of Hong Kong people were yelling Cantonese machine guns downstairs. I thought it was a group, but it was just a family of three. It's scary.
They also carry your luggage, and I think the service is generally good. There were some negative comments, but maybe the people who were there were unlucky.
Overall, it's not so attractive that I would want to visit again, but the location and cost performance are pretty good, so I might stay again depending on the conditions.
There was a mascot cat in the private bath. Apparently it was the third place bronze medal in the mascot cat ranking on a certain travel site J. I have no interest in cats at all, but I still thought it was a nice cat, so if you're a cat lover, you should give it a try.

エメラルドグリーンで泉質はかなり良い
特に貸切露天風呂は気温が下がった夜だったので、乳白色に白濁し最高でした。
阿賀野川沿いで眺めも良いです。
残念なのが対応と古さと食事ですが、まあ値段相応でしょうか。

迷路みたい
建物の構造上、案内された部屋が奥の方の建物だったので
上がったり下りたりとちょっと迷路みたいでした
温泉はとてもよいお湯でしたが 洗い場が少なく一斉にお湯を出すと湯量が少なくて
ちょっと困りました
また露天風呂は貸切でここが一番広くてのんびりできましたが
予約なので いい時間が取れなくて残念でした
事前に露天が貸切だと知っておけばよかったなと思いました
食事は美味しくいただきました
眺めも良くてのんびり過ごすことができました
食事もプライバシーの配慮があって周りを気にせず過ごせました
