Nice but small room
Breakfast not great, mediocre selection. The hot food was not hot enough. Banana was the only fresh fruit, others were canned fruits. Expected a better breakfast selection from a hotel like this. They have a carpark onsite. Nice onsen though, especially the outdoor area. Full view of Fuji.
GOTEMBA outlet is linked. Outlet very small food court/food hall.

Transportation update
However the shuttle to the west zone no longer exists, so if you are planning to take the highway bus you might need to take a taxi or walk to the highway bus stop (around 1.2 km away with some stairs).
Hotel itself is still excellent, with clean comfortable rooms and efficient personnel. Highly varied breakfast and dinner buffet selections with excellent views of Mt. Fuji.

Our Second Stay — Still Impressed, Especially with the Mt. Fuji View
Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The room itself was on the smaller side, but very well designed. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the space feel organized and functional. The amenities were complete and practical.
One of the biggest highlights is that this is one of the few hotels where you can enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji right from your bed. Waking up to that view is truly special.
The onsen also overlooks Mt. Fuji, which makes the experience even more memorable. It was absolutely wonderful soaking in the hot spring after a long day of shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets — especially since there is direct access from the hotel to the outlet area, making it extremely convenient.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything tasted very good.
We would definitely return again for the comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Fuji views.

Go for the view.
The main drawback was the lack of vegetarian dining options. After a long and tiring day of shopping at Gotemba, we were surprised to find that there was nothing suitable available for dinner at the hotel. At around 8:00 PM, we had to book an Uber and head into town to find food, which was quite inconvenient.
That said, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our stay. If you're visiting primarily for the Mount Fuji views, this hotel delivers an unforgettable experience.
