Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

It's disappointing in many ways.

Thank you for your help on October 25th. I was looking forward to it, as it was also highly rated in Hagi, but it was a negative rather than a disappointment. This is all about the young man who was taken care of at check-in. It was a quick-fire stick reading, a heartfelt explanation that seemed to be aimed at simply passing on the manual like a machine, giving you a guide form, and saying that you would understand it if you saw it. Tell them fast just to tell them and have any questions? And. I pulled myself together and had dinner, but this time an elderly woman. The drinks were placed roughly, perhaps because they were brought at the same time as the others at the table, and again I felt like I was being selfish and just doing my job. The hot springs themselves were good and the food was delicious. But I didn't book it just to look for that kind of hard side. I don't think you should do anything special, but I wanted you to treat the guests with heartfelt care. I don't think it was the man at check-in or the woman at dinner. I don't think it's personal, it's the policy of this inn, it's the problem of this inn as a whole, and I think you think there's nothing wrong with it because it's highly regarded. If you don't want the hospitality aspect, book an inn at a reasonable price point from the start. I felt that word of mouth is not very reliable, and it was a good learning experience.
