Nice hotel. Room was very spacious. Didn't spend long as catching an early morning ferry, but beds were comfy and location was good.

Fav holadate: good location and very comfortable beds but soulless and a place to rest your head for a night at best. All breakfasts are milk/based with no alternative.

For the price point above nearby large hotels, I expect better breakfast, hygiene (bath tub not clean enough), refill of tissues, especially for ppl coming with kids. Otherwise reception staff are very helpful

Lovely! Good job!

In short:
- Great location to FOOD!
- Room was wonderfully designed and plenty of spaces for four of us
- Its a no nonsense hotel. It does not provide much and for what they provide, it was great!
- The staff were nice and rooms were clean
Note:
- Do not come to this hotel and expect St Regis service
- Skip the breakfast... its not worth the bother with all the food around the area
- If you find self check in a bother, fav has changed my mind. Their workflow was seamless for checking in and out
Well done! Definitely will check out the other fav hotels!

Fantastic location right opposite Nijo Market and next to a Lucky Pierrot. JR station is a casual 10 mins walk. Free parking next to the hotel. Hotel though small but is very new and comfortable. We had a room with the bunk beds.
