The location was fantastic. It’s right next to the Morning market, JR Hakodate station, Bus terminal, and the street car stop. Variety of the self serve amenities was nice.

Quiet location despite being 2 minutes walk to the v nice, v clean JR station. Happy with everything except the reception staff who I found unhelpful. Not a language thing but just less friendly. We had to change dates during the stay, they were disinterested in being flexible or helpful. We stayed in 7 hotels during this trip and these guys were the only ones we found to be like this. Breakfast was good. The beautician very good, despite us having zero language overlap.

Great location if you’re using the train. Hotel is just OK. You won’t be riding letters home about it. But it’s fine. The usual intractability of the Japanese people will come to the surface at this place. There is not much else around here after 9 o’clock at night, so plan on checking in getting a bite, and going to bed.
