This was a wonderful hotel, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. It's very traditional. The baths were amazing. The staff were so polite, it's very clean. Free beverages, including alcohol coffee, sodas, just about anything you may want. The roof top was amazing in the evening, and the river in front of the hotel provided a wonderful site and sound to complement our relaxing stay.

This hotel is an absolute treat for visit to Hakone. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious meals and wonderful hot springs facility. A definite stay when visit Hakone.

The most attentive and caring staff that always made sure everything was perfect with my stay. The facility was stunning, the views and the onsets both private and public were wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were also impeccable. Honestly 10/10, will definitely be back again on my next trip!

Wish we were staying longer. Very relaxing with beautiful views. The Onsens were perfect to start and end our day.
