食事が美味しい老舗ホテル

浜田に出張する際は必ずここに泊まります。長年浜田で人気を続けるここのお奨めは食事です。魚介を中心とした懐石は最高です。
朝食は流行りのバイキング形式でなく、カレイ、出汁巻き玉子、イカの刺身、炊き合わせなどの和食。これが実に美味しい。元気いっぱいで仕事にのぞむことが出来ます。

More like a hostel

Isn't really a business hotel TBH. Got to submit your laundry at the reception. Only Japanese breakfast (unless you live here for a long time by which they will understand what you want... but cant deviate too much from that once the routine is set). Staff doesnt really speak English, except for the owner. Location is good. Rooms small and cagey as expected in Japan. Tired and uncomfortable furniture and dim lighting in the rooms.
The people are nice though - very polite (but again Japan).

料理目的で行けば五重◎

浜田駅から徒歩で2～3分。
決して建物も看板も大きくありません。
フロントも3階にあり、そこに行くエレベータも小さいです。
部屋・ベッド・バスルームとも普通のビジネスホテルと思えば間違いない程度の広さと設備です。
ちょっと老朽化が目につくのと、室外の音が結構聞こえるのが難点ですが。
ただ、今回一泊三食で利用しましたが、夕食の会席、朝食のセットメニュー、昼食の海鮮丼と、味・ボリューム・値段ともに大満足でした。

普通のビジネス向けホテル

ビジネス向きのホテルですが、部屋は結構広めです。水道回りなど少し古さが目立ちますが、まあ低価格のホテルですので、我慢できる範囲です。ごく普通のビジネスホテルだと思います。

駅近

駅近で商店街も近く便利です。
ホテル専用の駐車場は、道路の左斜め向かいにあります（無料・8台くらい止められたと思います）
そこが一杯だとすぐそばの市営駐車場になるそうです（有料？今回は無料のところに止めたのでわからないです）
部屋は、幼児がいるのでツインルームを取りました。
一般のビジネスホテルと比べると、部屋は広かったです。
お風呂はユニットバスの一番小さいタイプ、子供と一緒に入るのはキツかったです。
アメニティーは特にないので（ソープ・リンスインシャンプー・歯ブラシ位です）準備した方がいいかな。
晩御飯は外で食べようと思い、フロントで
「あまりうるさくなく、子供連れでも大丈夫な居酒屋はありますか？」と聞いたら、地図を広げて色々紹介してくれました。
ここは今日は予約でいっぱいなんですよ、ここは若い子が多いのでにぎやかですけど仕切りがありますよとか商店街の店舗をよく知っていて頼れる感じでしたよ（他にも、コインランドリーの場所とか聞きました、近くに２か所ありますよ）。
結局、お勧めのお店はどこも満席で入れず、駆け込みで入ったのですが、その駆け込みのお店も1席空空いているところに滑り込みセーフな感じだったので、（お盆の時期は）早めに予約を入れておく方がいいと思います。
「重箱の隅をつつくような」目線でいけば粗はあるのですが、普通のホテルで宿泊には問題ないです。
