Beautiful hotel

Very nice hotel.
Spacious room and exquisite buffet (especially dinner). We had a great time. Staff very nice.
Point of attention: we missed the egg dishes at breakfast.

Cozy hotel

Second stay at this hotel that we cherish. Hotel right across from the dock. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Japanese baths, a bar where you can eat in the evening, bakery. Small cakes and drinks provided. Breakfast was excellent. And on top of that, you can do everything in your pajamas!

The staff could barely speak English. When I arrived at 2 pm I couldn’t get my room and was not even offered to rest at the lounge. It was a rainy day and I had to kill time outside until 3 pm. Also I wasn’t told that the vanity essentials were located at the front desk and that caused inconvenience during the time I stayed at this hotel. I didn’t eat there and cannot comment on food quality but I appreciated the free and good quality coffee.

really nice hotel. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent. Breakfast staff very courteous.
Overly expensive for duration of our stay. Expected more but the island is beautiful.

The staff were lovely, polite, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, same goes for the onsen. The food was also excellent.
Would love to stay again if I’m lucky enough to go to Miyajima again.
