Breakfast included conger eel rice, fried oysters, maple manju
The buildings and facilities are a little old. This makes it a little less comfortable than other Dormy Inns that have recently opened.
The venue is conveniently located near a tram station.
Breakfast included conger eel rice, deep-fried oysters and maple buns.

My wife and I arrived a little bit early to check in but the lovely helpful lady at reception took out luggage aside and we went for a walk in the nearby peace park. The room was a good size for a Japanese hotel room with all the expected facilities. We went up to the Onsen, which while basic was perfect for a quick deep clean. The free post dip ice-creams were most welcome as was the free wasking machine and cheap dryer. There were plenty of ice machines around the place too. There is a free shuttle to the station available, but make sure you book it in advance. The breakfast had a good variety with plenty enough for our western tastes. There were a couple of minor faults with this place, but nothing that sticks in my mind. There are a few local restaurants nearby as well. Overall a very pleasant stay and I'm happy to recommend it

room was great, with one exception. we were a party of three that they put into adjacent rooms. But they gave the two people the slightly smaller room...
Others have complained about the size of the rorms. rooms are small, but pretty standard for Japan.
Dormy inn has other reasons to stay, like complementary snacks outside the Onsen (ramen in the evenings, icecream and yoghurt in the mornings).
their "coin washers" are free, dryers take coins.
Hotel is close to the places that people want to see, like the Peace Museum. We walked everywhere.
