Excellent hotel! The location is unbeatable—it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for connections to the Shinkansen and JR lines. There’s also a beautiful shopping mall right next door with plenty of great restaurants and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciated all the thoughtful amenities the hotel provided, including pajamas, toiletries, and everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent location.

Literally THE BEST hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. They had TWO PLY TOILET PAPER!! AND instead of the standard robe coat they gave me a button up shirt AND pants that were extremely comfortable! Also the bed was comfortable too!

Loved it! Only downside was the room did have a slight smell, but all good since there was a room spray to help neutralize the smell. Staff were wonderful, room was comfy and close to the station!

Very close to station. Very clean
But room very small. They sell for 4 but it’s just 2 twin beds and no space extra
They told me in the message area but as I paid with gift card I could not cancel and book the bigger one.
We squeezed 4 people but was very tidy. I would recommend the room for max 3 people

The hotel was in a great location near Hiroshima station. It was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful.
