第一天入住，发现被子上有很多不明体液以及血迹。非常明显，可见商家在上一对顾客走后没有更换，卫生清扫极其不到位，震惊之余忘了拍照，赶紧找前台更换被单（照片是没发现前拍的。放大可以看到部分痕迹，实际肉眼看更多，血迹在被子内侧）。对方只是道歉，没有其他赔偿方案。旅行结束后想起来仍然觉得反胃。
酒店位于海边，地理位置不错，且房间内可直接泡温泉，较为方便。
但综合来看，这个价位碰到那么不愉快的体验，不推荐。

差到冇朋友, 伏過核爆, 仲訂咗兩晚, 間酒店入到去已經成陳黴味, 然後放內容已經充滿曬歷史嘅痕跡一啲都唔似係新開, 遲開咗30年係咁易裝修下。 book咗海景套房然後冇海景, 沖涼個位發曬毛勁嘔心, 仲收5萬幾yen一晚, 同hotel反映, 佢話換過第二間房畀我睇過一啲都唔得, 感覺上留耐啲都會對身體造成嚴重傷害。 check in嗰陣已經好晏所以忍佢, 同佢講返所有嘅問題, 仲話發毛佢仲坤我話日日有清潔, 然後我哋企硬制佢話肯退錢, 仲送我哋出門口然後trip.com搵佢嗰陣佢話冇講過, 毫無誠信。 唔知點解trip.com仲唔將呢間酒店下架, 唔知係咪想大家一齊中伏！

海の見えるホテル

初めて来ました。海が目の前で眺めは最高なホテルですが、ベッドが固めなのでイマイチ感があります。部屋に露天風呂が付いてますが雰囲気がイマイチでした。貸切風呂は良かったです。食事は夕食、朝食とまずまずな料理でした。

大変行き届いたサービス！清潔な部屋＆露天風呂！

午後3時チェックインだが、入り口前の駐車場で待っていたが、中から男性従業員の方がどうぞと2時30分に丁寧にチェックインを進めてくれ、女性の従業員の方からロビーの椅子で丁寧な説明が有り、夕食時間、朝食時間、本日は8組等説明を聞き、地下の貸切風呂の時間帯を決め部屋に案内される。部屋は302号室入り口から清潔感が漂い、最新式の洗面台、トイレ！アニメティーは全て完備。コーヒー、お茶、ポップコーンまで設置、大きな冷蔵庫も、障子を開けると、大きな露天風呂、目の前には相模湾、海自の掃海艇が3隻も！時折、小さな漁船が行き来している！露天風呂にはシャワー完備。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ！桶、椅子、暑いお湯の時かき混ぜる木製の棒まで！大変綺麗な木製風呂。お湯も切らさず溢れている。夕食も個室で、飲み物は最初の1杯は無料！品も、きっちりテキパキと運んできてくれる。落ち着いた個室で優雅な和食を堪能して部屋で又露天風呂を堪能して、貸切時間に地下1階の貸切大浴場へ行きその後、熟眠。朝食も個室で美味しく頂きました。係の方がロビーで無料のコーヒーとの説明も有り、暖かい心遣いが嬉しい。11時チェックアウトだがまだ時間はたっぷり！その後2回も部屋の露天風呂を楽しみました。大変有意義なまったりとした時間を過ごしました。2人で2.3万トラベルズーで予約しました。松本のホテル花月、セブンシーズホテル伊東は最高！100点満点！土肥のユトリロは最低！0点いくだけ無駄、お金、時間が勿体ない！今2勝1敗中。
