Great service, and a wonderful ryokan. It’s also a very nice city, with a great beach close by.

Enjoy high-quality customer service, hot springs, and meals!

2 Nights 1 Night 2 Beds Main Building Japanese Room with Semi-Open-Air Bath Dinner/Breakfast 2 Person 2 Servings The hotel is a bit confusing, when using the car's navi: "Mr. Ito, Mr. Sakuragaoka 4-13" or Minami-Ito Station signs on the telephone poles, so don't overlook it: when you get to the parking lot, someone shows up and takes you to the parking lot, in the meantime a middleman shows up and carries your luggage, but the hotel is uphill, so I don't feel like having you carry heavy luggage; It is recommended for those who want to enjoy a slow and fine service and hot springs.

Amazing staff, I still remember the warmth of their welcome and goodbye.
Experienced the cozy atmosphere in their traditional Japanese style building, every room/facility got a meaningful Japanese name.
Great view in private dining room.
Easily accessible, whether it’s by train or their shuttle service.
Private onsen is great.
Public onsen is a bit small.
Don’t expect many things to do when going for a walk nearby, but it’s fine for those who like quiet rural areas. Usually people take trains to visit surrounding places.

A noisy accommodation

From the moment we entered the room, we heard what sounded like a loud train constantly, and especially when we were resting in bed, it echoed on the wall above us, so we couldn't get any rest at all. In the end, it turned out to be the sound of the sliding door of the dining room, and it was from 3pm to 8pm and all the time from 7am.
It was a very disappointing stay. We were tired and didn't even go to the public bath.
The food menu looked delicious, but perhaps the chef who decides the flavor was off? The only thing that was tasty was a small piece of mentaiko.
I liked Kyoritsu's inn in Hakodate, but there are all kinds of levels.

The experience was absolutely great. Food, room and service -- No better words to describe except for the fact that one should experience Komeya on his or her own. I highly recommend this hotel.
